After a long wait, all three of our chickens at Hazelmere Kindergarten have finally started to lay. Ngā tamariki have been so excited to collect the eggs, and also feed the chickens everyday. Tamariki love to pat the chickens, and find worms for them.

We have been selling the eggs to whānau, which has been a great way to fund the pellets and ongoing costs.
