KAIWHAKAAKO | HEAD TEACHER/CENTRE MANAGER
新香港六合彩开奖网 employs fully registered ECE educators with at least five years' recent practical experience in the early childhood sector for kaiwhakaako positions in our kindergartens and early learning centres.
Successful applicants will:
- be a motivated, enthusiastic leader, who is able to put current theory into practice
- demonstrate knowledge of ECE business operational requirements eg: staffing, funding and licensing criteria
- be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Te Wh膩riki
- be committed to te ao M膩ori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Reo M膩ori me 艒na Tikanga
- be able to work within a team who have a strong commitment to supporting the social and emotional growth of tamariki
- be committed to creating and maintaining strong, positive relationships within the wider community and outside agencies
- demonstrate a growth mindset, and be open and willing to change that enables us to continue providing high-quality early education to all tamariki who attend our services
- be ECE qualified, hold current certification, a current First Aid certificate and be entitled to work in New Zealand.
As per the Kindergarten Teachers', Head Teachers' and Senior Teachers' Collective Agreement (KTCA), we offer:
- annual salary of $103,622
- six weeks minimum annual leave entitlement
- generous non-contact and professional time.
